Mr. Loughmiller graduated from Illinois University and from Case Western Reverse University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the current mayor of McKinney, and was elected in 2009 after serving two terms as a City Council Member of District 4. Loughmiller is currently a managing partner of Loughmiller Higgins P.C., a McKinney based firm specializing in family law.

He is the Collin County court at law in Texas. He was elected in 2010. Rippel won the republican primary runoff with 61.7% of the vote. He was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election. He will have been a judge for 3 years and next year it would be 4 years.
Dr. Kennedy is the Superintendent of McKinney ISD. He has been with McKinney ISD for three years, and has been an educator for 35 years. Dr. Kennedy got his doctorate at Texas A&M Commerce, and his Master of Arts in counseling from the University of Texas in San Antonio. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Science/Second Education from Baylor University.

Don Ancelin , a District Deputy for Knights of Columbus is another of McKinney’s great leaders. Don is in charge of supervising 5 districts near and in McKinney. Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic men’s organization in the world originally founded to provide assistance to widows and orphans, but is there for anyone for any purpose. The four main purposes are charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. Don believes that volunteering and helping is the best way to grow a productive community, and loves to do so.
Dawson Goheen

​Dawson Goheen is another one of the great leaders of McKinney. Dawson is the school Body President of Eddins Elementary School. Dawson says that being a leader makes you feel more important in the McKinney community, and makes you feel more satisfied with himself. Dawson has helped the McKinney community grow more widely.
Karin Klemm is the Health and PE Facilitator for the McKinney ISD school district. She is in charge of all PE teachers at every school and ensures that healthy habits are being taught at each campus.
